Why are the email subjects appearing blank in my Boxes?

If you are seeing some of your Boxes emails display with (no subject) and listing an Invalid date, then you may using Gmail with your Conversation View disabled. Without Conversation View, adding email to Boxes (and other various aspects of Streak) are negatively affected. We would advise turning Conversation View on for optimized Streak performance.

Conversation View can be enabled in your Gmail Settings. Once enabled, you can remove the email in question from your Box, then re-add the email to your Box to re-calculate the email's identifying properties. 

If you already have Conversation View enabled in your account, you may need to confirm who added the problematic email to the Box as someone else on your Team may be using Streak without Conversation View enabled.
