How To Access My Billing History And Update My Invoice Details

If you are the Team Payer, you can manage your Streak invoices directly from your Teams dashboard. From the Streak menu at the top right of your Gmail, select the Teams icon and scroll to find the Invoices section at the bottom of the page. 

Opt-In to Monthly Invoices

If you would like to be emailed your invoice automatically, you can opt-in for a copy of the charge. Under the Invoices section of your Teams dashboard, select the check box to "Email Me Invoices Automatically".


Add Additional Invoice Recipients

If you need a copy of your invoice emailed to another recipient, such as your company accounting department, you can list additional recipients in the Invoices section as well. 

  1. Ensure you have selected the check box to "Email Me Invoices Automatically" (as described above)
  2. Click the 'Show More Invoice Options' link
  3. Add the additional recipient(s) in the Additional Invoice Recipients field and add one or more email address separated by commas

Update Invoice Details

If your invoices need to be customized with a company name, address, or VAT number, this can be added below the Additional Invoice Recipients field. 

  1. Ensure you have selected the check box to "Email Me Invoices Automatically" 
  2. Click the 'Show More Invoice Options' link
  3. Add the additional details in the Include Address on Invoice field

View Billing History

You can find your full billing history under the Invoices section of your Teams dashboard by clicking the "Show All Invoices Link". If you need copies of your invoice you can email them via the 'Email Invoice' links.
