How To Link Two Related Boxes Together

Many Streak users have multiple Pipelines to help manage their customers. For example, you may have a typical sales Pipeline where you manage all your customers through their sales and signup process. But you may also have a Pipeline for customer support issues. Linked Boxes lets you tie together all the customer support Boxes to the sales Box for that customer.

With Linked Boxes, you could visit a customer's sales Box and see all of their linked customer support issues- the linkage works in reverse too! You may be looking at a customer support issue Box and want to navigate to the sales Box to get more information about the customer. 

To link two Boxes together: 

  1. Navigate to one of the Boxes click on the "Add Linked Box" button
  2. This will let you search for the Box name you would like to link to
  3. From the search results, click the Box to link

When you've linked a Box, you'll be able to easily navigate to it from the Box view, the right sidebar of an email or the Pipeline view.

You can even insert a column in your Pipeline view that shows all the linked Boxes (or a subset of them). From the Pipeline view, add a new Column to your Pipeline and choose from the "Linked Boxes" options.
