Why are my browser notifications not working?

Troubleshooting email tracking notifications

Streak Settings

Browser notifications are enabled by default within your Streak Settings. However, please double-check that you have Browser notifications enabled by navigating to the Settings page from your Streak sidebar:

Your browser notifications may be disabled on certain websites. Click on the site information button to the left of the URL address and open the Site settings page:

Under Notifications, update the option to Allow:

Once you apply the new settings, you'll need to reload the Gmail page:

Desktop Settings

For Windows

Please use the following Microsoft guide to ensure your Windows notification settings are enabled: Notifications and Do Not Disturb in Windows

For Mac

Navigate to the Apple menu -> System Settings, then click Notifications in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down or you can type ‘notifications’ in the search bar.)

Under the Google Chrome app, make sure Allow notifications are enabled:
