What’s happening right now
AI features are currently unlimited.
Even if you see messages about AI credits or usage limits, you won’t be blocked from using AI features yet.
This early period is intentional—it gives your team time to:
Explore AI Autofill in real workflows
See where it’s most useful
Get a feel for how often you’ll use AI features
No action is required right now.
How AI credits will work soon
Once AI billing is fully enabled, usage will be based on credits, with no surprise charges.
Here’s the pricing structure will work moving toward:
Credits are included with our CRM plans
Each paid plan will come with a shared pool of AI credits for your whole team.
Credits are seat-based (for example, 5 seats × credits per seat).Different actions use different amounts of credits
Autofilling fields and running web research will each consume credits based on the work performed.Admins can buy additional credit packs
If your team runs out, admins will be able to increase the monthly credit amount for the whole team. Individual users won’t need to manage this.Clear visibility and warnings
You’ll see how many credits each action uses, plus warnings before actions that consume a large number of credits. Admins will also be able to view credit usage over time, including which actions consumed credits and who used them.
Why you might see credit-related messages now
You may see dialogs mentioning AI credits or “not enough credits.” These are previews of the upcoming system and don’t affect your ability to keep using AI features today.
For now:
Admins don’t need to upgrade or buy anything
Non-admins don’t need to notify their admins
AI usage will continue uninterrupted
This is a great time to assess which AI features your team relies on most, how frequently you use them, and where AI has the highest impact for your team.
That way, when AI credits are formally introduced, you’ll have a clear sense of what plan or credit level makes sense for your team.
We’ll share updates before any billing changes take effect.
