How AI credits work
AI usage is based on credits with no surprise charges. The key principles for understanding AI credits are:
Credits are included with our CRM plans
Each paid plan will come with a shared pool of AI credits for your whole team.
Credits are seat-based (for example, 5 seats × credits per seat).Different actions use different amounts of credits
Autofilling fields and running web research will each consume credits based on the work performed.Admins can buy additional credit packs
If your team runs out, admins will be able to increase the monthly credit amount for the whole team. Individual users won’t need to manage this.Clear visibility and warnings
You’ll see how many credits each action uses, plus warnings before actions that consume a large number of credits. Admins will also be able to view credit usage over time, including which actions consumed credits and who used them.

New credits will be granted at the beginning of your billing cycle for monthly accounts. For yearly accounts, new credits will be equally portioned out at the start of your billing month. Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing month in which they were granted.
The credits are pooled as a team. For example, a 2 user Pro+ team you will have 100 monthly included credits. If desired, either team member could use all 100 credits (or any other split that adds up to 100 total credits).

The credit cost is per field updated by AI. For example, generating an AI summary of all activity for a box will cost 1 credit. One press of the AI autofill button on a box with 2 fields will cost 2 credits, one for each field. After time has passed and the activity has been updated, generating a fresh new summary for the same box will again cost 1 credit.

Additional credits may be purchased as a separate recurring monthly subscription. The AI credits may be upgraded or downgraded anytime and are managed separately from your CRM plan. For teams with yearly CRM plans, the AI credits will still be charged monthly.
Unused additional credits will be granted at beginning of your monthly billing period and expire at the end of that month. Full pricing details can be found here.
If your team does not have sufficient credits to complete an AI action, the system will prompt you to purchase more or give you the choice to not proceed with the AI. You will never be given a bill for 'credits owed' at the end of your billing period.
Your team admin(s) will be able to view your available credits on your team page from Streak Home.
