Streak's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets you connect your Streak data to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask questions about your pipeline, look up box details, and take actions in Streak — all from within your AI tool of choice.
Requirements
A Streak account (Pro, Pro+, Enterprise)
Claude: Pro Team paid plan
ChatGPT: Team or Enterprise paid plan
Connecting Streak to Claude
For team accounts (Organization Settings)
In Claude, click your profile and go to Organization Settings.
Select Connectors from the left sidebar.
Click Add custom connector.
Give it a name — for example,
StreakCRM.Paste the following URL into the connector URL field:
https://api.streak.com/mcpClick Add. This enables the connector for your entire organization.
Enabling the connector for individual users
Once an admin has added the connector at the org level, each team member needs to enable it for themselves:
Go to your personal Connectors settings in Claude.
Find the Streak connector and click Configure.
Click Connect to authenticate with your Streak account.
Review and set permissions for each action (see below).
Configuring permissions
When connecting, you can control what actions the AI is allowed to take in Streak. For each available action, you can set it to:
Always allow — Claude can perform this action automatically
Blocked — Claude cannot perform this action
For example, if you don't want Claude to be able to assign boxes, you can block that permission while allowing read actions.
Connecting Streak to ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, click Apps in the left sidebar.
Search for Streak.
Click Connect, then Connect Streak.
Sign in with your Streak account and grant the requested permissions.
That's it — you can now start chatting with your Streak data directly inside ChatGPT.
Tips
Once connected, you can ask natural language questions like "What deals are in my pipeline?" or "Show me boxes assigned to me that haven't been updated in 30 days."
You can also take actions in Streak from within the AI tool, such as updating a box's stage or adding a comment — subject to the permissions you've configured.
If you're on a Claude Team plan, the connector only needs to be added once by an admin. Individual team members then connect it themselves.
