Pipeline reports give you a view into how your pipeline is performing over time. Each pipeline has its own reports dashboard with built-in charts you can customize by time range, team member, and other attributes.
Several default Reports are already built for you, such as how many new Boxes have been created, how many stage changes were performed, which team member has been the most active, and many more. These reports can be customized by time range, Team members and other attributes.
Reports are organized into two categories: Pipeline Reports and Sales Reports.

Pipeline Reports Dashboard
Each Pipeline will have its own set of Reports. We'll start you off by asking a little bit of information on your specific business.

Most Frequently Used Reports
Time in Stage
Shows the average time boxes spend in each stage of your pipeline. Use this to identify where deals or records tend to stall so you can take action to move them forward.
Stage Entrances and Exits
Shows how many boxes entered or exited each stage during a given time period. Use this to understand which stages had the most activity and spot bottlenecks in your workflow.
Stage Flow
Visualizes how boxes move between stages over time. Use this to get a big-picture view of how records are progressing — and where they're dropping off.
Total Interactions
Shows the total number of interactions (emails, call logs, and meeting notes) your team had with contacts during a given time period. Use this to gauge overall team activity and customer engagement.
Interactions Summary
Breaks down interactions by team member so you can see who is the most active. Filter by time, user, or interaction type (emails, call logs, meeting notes).

Filter report data
Each report can be filtered to narrow down the data it shows. To edit filters on any report, click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner of the chart. Available filters include:
Data source — scope the report to the entire pipeline or a specific saved view (see below).
Interaction types — filter by emails, call logs, or meeting notes.
People shown — limit the report to specific team members.
Time range — set the date range for the data.
Show dates by — group data by day, week, month, quarter, or year.
You can also clone, download, show as a table, or remove a report from this same menu.
Use a saved view as a data source
By default, reports pull data from your entire pipeline. To focus a report on a specific subset of boxes, switch the data source to a saved view:
Click the Entire Pipeline dropdown at the top of the report chart.
Select Specific view, then choose the saved view you want to use.
The report will update to reflect only the boxes in that view.
This is useful when you want to report on a specific segment — for example, a view filtered to a certain stage, assigned user, or column value.
Note: To use a saved view as a data source, the view must already exist in your pipeline. To create one, select + Create New Saved View from the data source dropdown.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all pipelines have reports? Yes. Every pipeline has its own reports dashboard with the same set of built-in reports.
Can I filter reports by team member or time range? Yes. Most reports support filtering by time range, assigned user, and other attributes.
Can I add the same chart more than once? Yes. Add multiple instances of the same chart type to compare different filters side by side.
Why aren't my sales reports showing data? Sales reports require a value column and a "Won" stage in your pipeline. Make sure both are configured before using sales reports.
