Streak lets you know when you have emails in your inbox that are part of a shared thread but aren’t shared with your team.
Unshared emails might exist if somebody doesn’t reply all to a thread, or if there is a side conversation between people on the thread. When this happens, we'll give you the option to proactively share them.
To proactively share emails in an existing thread, click “Share your version” in the banner at the top of the email thread.
In the above scenario:
Linzi sends an email to Florrie and cc’s her colleague Drew.
Florrie only replies to Linzi – Drew cannot see the reply.
Streak notifies Linzi about the unshared email and gives her the option to share this version with her team so Drew can see it.
