Import your mail merge CSV file to a pipeline

You can import your CSV file for your mail merge campaign directly into an existing or new pipeline. This makes it easier to keep track and manage your leads.

Sending a mail merge with a CSV file

1. Navigate to the Merges menu:

2. Select New merge:

3. Click on the uploading a CSV button to select your file for import:

Note: Your CSV file can import these columns: First Name, Last Name and Email Address. All other column data will not be imported. You can use the importer tool for the remaining data.

4. Create your mail merge campaign with variables for personalization and follow-ups if you’d like:

1. Import to pipeline & view the pipeline:

By default, your boxes will be in the first stage of your pipeline. However if you have a Contacted stage, then your boxes will be in that stage.

You will also receive an email notification from Streak to notify you when your import has been completed.
