Why cant a user see the pipeline I shared with them?

Uh-oh, you've shared a Pipeline with someone and they cannot see it in their account? If this is true, you will want to check two important things:

  1. Does the user have the Streak extension installed?
  2. Did you share the Pipeline with an email alias instead of their login email address?

If the answer is 'No' to the two questions above, please Contact Us with the name of the Pipeline and the email address of the user you have shared the Pipeline with.
