How to sync my Tasks with my Google Calendar

All Tasks that are both Assigned To you and have a set Due Date will sync to a “Streak” calendar in your Google Calendar. You can view all Streak events by navigating to Google Calendar and using the calendar to see all Tasks within a time period, or see a list of all Tasks using Google Calendar's agenda view. 

To add a due date to your Task:

  1. Open the Tasks popup menu
  2. Ensure that your Task is assigned to you or a colleague
  3. Select the clock icon next to the Task to open the calendar schedule 
  4. Give the Task a 'Due Date' ... and automatically sync with Google Calendar!

Please note that the Google Calendar integration is a one-way push from Streak into your Calendar. This means, changes made to your Tasks from within Streak will update in Google Calendar, but changes made from your Calendar will not sync back with your Tasks in Streak.

In addition to finding your Tasks listed in your Google Calendar, you can also receive notifications when a Task is due! Task notification preferences can be configured in your Streak settings as either browser notifications or email notifications. If you have selected to receive Task notification emails, you we'll send you an email notification including the details of your Task. You can also find the Box Details by switching the side bar tabs at the top with the Box icon.
