What does "Bad Response From Server" mean when trying to open an email thread?

When you go to a Streak Box and click on an email thread and see an error message that says, "Bad Response From Server" it means one of the follow things has likely happened: 

1. The user who added the email thread to the Box changed their email address (such as renaming it in G Suite).

2. The user who added the email thread to the Box had their Gmail/G Suite account closed down.

3. The user who added the email thread to the Box revoked access to the Streak extension from their Gmail account.

4. The user who added the email thread to the Box deleted the email thread from their inbox.
