You can create contacts and organizations directly from your pipeline or inbox. However, to view them, they must be added to a box. To access your full list of contacts or organizations, navigate to the Contacts or Organizations tabs from the Streak menu on the left side of your Gmail page.
Customize the contacts and organizations list
Similar to pipelines, you can:
Drag and drop columns to rearrange them
Adjust column width
Hide columns
Freeze columns
Add custom columns
Add contacts to boxes
Add contacts to a mail merge
Import contacts
Manage permissions
Contacts and organizations are associated with a Streak team, meaning each team has its own set of contacts and organizations. If you belong to multiple Streak teams, you can switch between them using the dropdown menu at the top left of the page.
Adding a custom column
Add a custom column by clicking the dropdown menu from any existing contact or organization column, or by using the + button at the far right of the page.
Importing contacts & organizations
Click the Import button at the top right of the page to start an import.
Note: Unlike the pipeline importer tool, you can only import contact or organization fields here.
Manage permissions
Control who has access to your contact and organization lists. To share or remove access, click the Share button at the top right of the page.
Keep in mind:
All team owners have Admin access by default
Only team member access can be modified
Using the contact and organization list
You’ll notice all of the fields from the contact and organization card are available as columns on the list. Clicking on a contact or organization under the first column will take you to the contacts or organization page.
To quickly draft an email with a contact, you can click on a contact’s email address under the Email column.
To add contacts to a pipeline, select the checkboxes and use the orange plus button to choose a pipeline:
The Pipelines column will display all of the boxes the contact or organization is currently part of and you can navigate to the box directly from that column.
The contact list includes the Mail Merges column where you can view a list of all the mail merges the contact was added to. Clicking into the column will allow you to add the contact to an existing mail merge directly from the list. You can also select the checkboxes to send a mail merge to multiple contacts at once.
The icon next to each mail merge will indicate if the recipient replied, how far along they are in the sequence, or if it’s currently a draft.
To make a call, you can select a phone number under the Phone column to push the number to your native dialer or mobile device.
