What AI summaries do
Each summary pulls from your box's emails, fields, tasks, notes, comments, and call logs. The summary is always pinned at the top of the box. It includes:
Overview: a high-level description of the current box status
Next steps: recommended actions based on recent activity
History of key interactions: a log of what has happened so far
Where to find the AI Summary feature
Box view:
The most recent summary appears at the top of the fields section in every box, collapsed by default. Click to expand and see the full summary. Use the buttons at the bottom of the summary to copy the text or regenerate it with the latest activity.
Pipeline view:
Add the Summary magic column by inserting a new column → under Magic columns, click General → select Summary. Each box shows a short one-liner. Click to expand for the full summary and to regenerate.
FAQ
Does the summary update automatically? No. Summaries stay as-is until you regenerate them. You choose when to refresh.
Can I share a summary with someone else? Yes. Use the copy button at the bottom of the summary to copy the text to your clipboard and paste it into Slack or other tools.
Does this work for all box types, not just sales deals? Yes. AI summaries work across any pipeline - sales, hiring, fundraising, support, or any custom workflow you've built in Streak.
Which plans include AI summaries? AI summaries and all other AI features are available on Pro+ and Enterprise plans only.
