Our AI Ask a Question feature lets you ask a question about any box and get an answer pulled directly from your box content — emails, call logs, meeting notes, and comments.

How to use AI Ask a Question

  1. Open a box.

  2. Navigate to the top of the box and toggle on the "Ask" option.

  3. Type your question in plain language and press Enter.

  4. Review the answer and click any citation to open the source content.

What you can ask

You can ask any question about the content in that box’s timeline.

Some examples:

  • What did we last discuss with this contact?

  • Are there any open action items?

  • What is the current status of this project?

  • Has pricing come up in any emails?

  • What was agreed in the last meeting?

AI Ask a Question only looks at the box you’re in. It does not pull from other boxes, pipelines, or external sources.

What it reads:

Ask a Question pulls from content inside the box only:

  • Emails (sent and received)

  • Call logs

  • Meeting notes

  • Comments

You’ll find linked citations in each answer to review the source content. It does not search across other boxes or your pipeline.
