The Billing and Teams dashboard displays the current card and allows you to enter and save new card information.

The user responsible for billing on your Streak account can update the credit card info by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Home page by selecting "Home" from the left navigation menu or the Streak icon at the top of your inbox, and click the credit card icon in the top right corner to access the Billing and Teams page.

  2. Scroll to the Payment Method section and select Change Payment Method.

  3. Enter your new credit card information on the payment method screen and confirm with Add.

If your payment has failed please double-check the payment method to ensure the information is up to date and the account has sufficient funds.

If you you're updating the payment to use a new payment source our processor will attempt to process your new card on its next automatic cycle (typically 24-48 hours). Please let us know if you'd like us to rerun the card sooner and we'll be happy to do so manually.

Updating the billing address

The Billing and Teams dashboard displays the current card and allows Team Owners or the Payer to view the credit card or billing information. Only the Payer can make changes to the credit card or billing information. To access the billing information, navigate to the Billing and Teams page.

  1. Navigate to the Home page by selecting "Home" from the left navigation menu or the Streak icon at the top of your inbox, and click the credit card icon in the top right corner to access the Billing and Teams page.

  2. Under the Payment Method, you'll see Update Billing Address.

  3. Click "Update Billing Address," and a new window will appear where you can modify your address.

The Payer role is the only user who can make changes to the billing address or make other changes to billing, like updating the card.
