Exporting your pipeline data allows you to analyze, share, or back up your information outside of Streak. This guide walks you through how to export your pipeline into a Google Sheet.

How to export your pipeline

1. In the pipeline toolbar, click on the 3-dot menu

2. Select Export from the dropdown

3. You can choose which pipeline view you want to export between:

4. You can select to export to a new Google Sheet or an existing Google Sheet which will open your Google Drive.

5. By default, only boxes (pipeline column data), contacts, and organizations are selected for the export.

You can also select to export the pipeline newsfeed, call logs/meeting notes, and tasks.

6. Once you’ve configured the exporter settings, click on Start Export. An email will be sent to your inbox shortly with a link to the Google Sheet. You can find it directly from your Google Drive as well.

Note: Exporting your boxes will export all data visible from the pipeline spreadsheet view, but will not export the box's content including: emails, files, and comments. Additional box data can be accessed and saved using Streak's API.
