When cancelling your Streak subscription, your account will continue on your current plan for the remaining billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will immediately be downgraded to the free version of Streak, and you will lose access to paid features. Your pipelines and boxes will not be deleted, but they will become view-only on the free plan.
We understand that Streak isn't the perfect solution for everyone. If you return, we'll be happy to welcome you back with no additional reactivation or set-up necessary.
Before Canceling
Before your Streak subscription ends, you may want to export your pipelines. You may also want to send yourself a copy of any receipts.
If you're unsure of when the end of your billing cycle is, please contact support@streak.com for assistance. Cancellation can be completed directly within the extension.
Canceling your subscription
Navigate to the Home page by selecting "Home" from the left navigation menu or the Streak icon at the top of your inbox, and click the credit card icon in the top right corner to access the Billing and Teams page.
Under Plan click the Cancel Paid Plan link

After confirming cancellation, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan when your billing cycle ends. If you wish to cancel effective immediately, please reach out to us at support@streak.com.

Managing Streak on Multiple Gmail Accounts
Streak is tied to the Gmail account logged into the browser where the extension is installed. To remove Streak from one account:
Log in to the Gmail account you wish to disconnect.
Remove or disconnect Streak permissions in the Google account settings. To keep using Streak on a different Gmail account, please make sure that the extension remains installed and active in that browser session.
Managing Free Trials and Deactivating Accounts
For free trials:
You can terminate your free trial immediately without any additional actions required. Premium features such as mail merges, email tracking, or snippets will stop functioning.
To stop using Streak entirely, uninstall the extension or follow Streak’s removal instructions.
