Streak does not store the contents of your emails. If an email is shared with Streak, our servers will store metadata to provide functionality to our email sharing features. 

The metadata properties we store (such as the email thread ID, email addresses, and timestamps) help organize and share the emails they're attached to when using boxes with your teammates.

Our servers will make requests to Gmail on your behalf to provide you access to these shared emails, but will not store the contents or data of those emails.
