How to View Your Interaction History with a Contact/Organization
Each contact or organization in Streak has its own dedicated page that gives your team a complete history of interactions with that person or company.
All of your team’s emails with a contact or organization appear automatically in the Team activity section of their page. At the top, you’ll also see which pipelines they’re part of, along with their contact details.
To navigate to the this overview page for a contact/organization:
Click the green contact/organization from your pipeline, box view, or sidebar.
Click the arrow icon at the top right corner of the contact/organization
How to Take Action from the Contact/Organization Card
You can quickly reach out to your contacts directly from several places in Streak: the Streak sidebar (below), the pipeline view, the contact page, or the box view.
Click the three dots in the contact card to:
Begin a new email draft
Start a phone or video call (via Hangouts, your native dialer, or an iOS device)
Start a chat with the contact (via Hangouts)
Create a Google Calendar event with the contact as an invitee
How to Send a Personalized Mail Merge
You can create personalized emails in bulk by sending a mail merge to your contacts. Use custom variables from your pipeline columns to include details like the contact's name or title.
How to Create Follow-Up Tasks for Contacts
Organize your follow-ups by creating tasks, which you can find in the Upcoming sidebar. When you create tasks for boxes that contain contacts or organizations, Streak will suggest actions to help you reach out or schedule a meeting directly from the Upcoming view. This allows you to draft an email, create a calendar invite, or make a call with one click.
