Streak's Gsuite Add-on brings your Streak data into other Gsuite tools. Install the Add-on on your mobile device to see Streak data in the mobile Gmail app, and use it on your desktop to view Streak information in Google Calendar.
Install the Streak CRM Add-on for Gmail from the G Suite Marketplace
- All devices with access to your account will have the add-on installed.
- If you're unable to do so, your company's G Suite administrator will first need to enable team members to install add-ons.
Using the Add-on on your mobile device
From your native mobile Gmail App (on both iOS and Android), you're now able to:
- Add emails to boxes
- View boxes the email is a part of
- View box details
- View associated contacts
- Use your saved Snippets, and
- Open the Box in the Streak Mobile App
The Streak Gmail Add-On is intended as a complement to your Streak mobile experience.
Using the Add-on on your desktop browser
With the Add-on installed, Streak recognizes when you have events scheduled with your Streak contacts and surfaces related information in the sidebar.
From the Streak sidebar in Google Calendar, you can:
- View box details that are related to upcoming events on your calendar
- Update the stage of a box
- Add notes to a box
- View contacts in that box and see their contact information
- Reach out to contacts or schedule a new calendar event with one click
- See all boxes to which a contact has been added
- See a contacts related organizations in Streak
Please note: It may take as long as 24 hours after installation for the add-on to appear on all of your devices.
